How soon can my company expect to get the final images after the photo shoot?
Typically, Paula Watts Photography has a turn around time of approximately 2 weeks. If a quicker delivery time is required, please let us know up front so we can try and accommodate your needs. Any overnight imagery required is an additional 25% fee of the total cost of the photo shoot.

After receiving the images from Paula Watts Photography, does my company own them?
No. Your company is purchasing Licensing Rights from Paula Watts Photography, which is based on how the images are used, and for what audience. It is helpful to understand your licensing rights and the image usage your company needs prior to the photo shoot in order to know the expectations of the images and costs associated. Paula Watts Photography owns the copyright of all images produced.

What elements are included in your pricing structure?
Our pricing structure is solely based on two proponents:
1. Fees: creative fees (time and creative talent of the photographer) and licensing fees (who will use the images, how and where will the images appear and for how long?)
2. Expenses: items of a photo shoot such as assistants, stylists, retouching, props, equipment rentals, etc.
